Personality Assessment

Ayurveda personality assessment will be used to establish your mind-body-type. You will learn about different mind-body types including your own.

Week 2

Mind, Stress & Sleep

Ability to maintain health of the mind can prevent physical illness. You will learn how to maintain rest and sleep to avoid stress with practical techniques whilst at work/ home.

Week 3

Digestion & Nutrition

You will learn how to self-assess digestive system and choose suitable tools to maintain it. It will include tips for your personal nutrition for health and wellbeing.

Week 4

Lifestyle & Energy

Ayurveda’s daily and seasonal lifestyle practices originate from the Law of the Nature. You will learn how to sync with nature and to avoid complete burnout and Lifestyle Disease.

Exercise & Rest

You will learn how to select exercise which suits your body and mind type. You will also learn techniques how to practice deep rest in a short period of time to boost your energy levels.

Brainstem neurones sense the direction our body is facing according to earth’s magnetic poles and electric currents. You will learn spacial effects of organised environment for wellbeing at workplace.

Interactive face to face delivery of the Ayurveda Wellbeing Method at your work premises is the best way to enjoy it, however, it can be delivered online or hybrid sessions can be scheduled.

All modules are related to one another, however, you can contact us to discuss your organisations individual needs and we can tailor a modules to suit your company, organisation or business needs.
